Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SignalFront Digital website and your interactions with SignalFront Digital through website forms, consultation requests, service inquiries, promotional offers, and related communications.

By using this website, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions. If you engage SignalFront Digital for a paid project, the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, or other written project documentation may contain additional terms that govern that specific engagement.

1. About This Website

SignalFront Digital provides information about web design and development, landing pages, branding and visual identity, professional logo design, website care, and related digital services.

Information presented on this website is intended to help prospective clients understand available services, examples, processes, pricing ranges, and current promotional offers.

Website content does not by itself constitute a binding proposal, guarantee, contract, or commitment to perform services.

2. Project Inquiries and Consultations

Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, sending a message, contacting SignalFront Digital through WhatsApp or email, or scheduling a video consultation does not automatically create a client relationship or binding contract.

SignalFront Digital may review each inquiry before determining whether a project is a suitable fit and whether capacity is available.

A project begins only after the applicable scope, price, timeline, deliverables, responsibilities, and other required terms have been confirmed in writing and any required project-start conditions have been satisfied.

3. Services and Project Scope

Services are customized according to the requirements of each project.

The exact scope may include specific pages, languages, designs, content work, functionality, forms, integrations, branding elements, revisions, file formats, technical setup, launch assistance, or ongoing support.

Only items specifically included in the applicable written proposal, offer, or agreement are considered part of the project scope.

Features, pages, services, deliverables, or work not included in the approved scope may require a separate quote or scope adjustment.

4. Quotes, Pricing, and Promotional Offers

Prices displayed on this website may represent starting prices, promotional prices, package prices, or general pricing guidance.

Final pricing may vary depending on factors such as project scope, number of pages, languages, content requirements, functionality, integrations, design complexity, timeline, revisions, support requirements, and third-party costs.

Promotional offers are subject to the eligibility requirements, scope, inclusions, exclusions, expiration date, and other conditions displayed with the applicable offer.

Submitting a request for a promotional offer does not by itself reserve availability, guarantee acceptance, or create a contract.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the applicable written proposal or agreement controls the final scope and price of a project.

4.1 U.S. Launch Offer

The $497 U.S. Launch Offer covers one professional, industry-specific page in English and Spanish, a standard available domain for the first year, hosting for the first year, 30 days of post-launch support, one complimentary minor update during that period, and a 30-day website performance report.

Premium domains, paid third-party tools or services, renewals after the first year, Lead Capture Form Integration, additional pages, complete redesigns, and other work outside the approved one-page scope are excluded unless quoted separately.

The package includes a local SEO-ready structure and measurement setup, but SignalFront Digital does not guarantee traffic, search rankings, calls, leads, revenue, or other business results.

5. Payments

Public contact forms and quote-request forms do not constitute payment or acceptance of a project.

Payment amounts, schedules, deposits, milestones, due dates, accepted payment methods, cancellation terms, and any applicable refund conditions are defined separately in the written proposal, invoice, agreement, or other project documentation.

SignalFront Digital is not required to begin, continue, launch, transfer, or deliver project work when a required payment or project condition specified in the applicable agreement remains outstanding.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information reasonably required to complete the project.

This may include business information, services, contact details, website content, photographs, logos, brand assets, service areas, legal text, account access, domain information, approvals, and other materials relevant to the agreed scope.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing materials and providing clear, consolidated feedback and approvals within the agreed project timeline.

Delays in receiving required materials, access, decisions, feedback, or approvals may affect the project schedule.

7. Client-Provided Content and Materials

By providing text, photographs, logos, graphics, trademarks, videos, documents, data, or other materials to SignalFront Digital, the client represents that they own those materials or have the necessary permission or rights to use them for the project.

The client is responsible for claims arising from materials they provide without the necessary rights or authorization.

SignalFront Digital may rely on the accuracy and legality of materials supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Timelines and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on the approved scope, current project capacity, availability of required materials, responsiveness, technical dependencies, and approval speed.

An estimated completion date is not an unconditional guarantee unless expressly stated as such in a separate written agreement.

Timelines may change when the client requests additional work, delays required materials or approvals, changes project direction, or when circumstances outside SignalFront Digital's reasonable control affect delivery.

9. Revisions and Change Requests

The number and scope of revisions included in a project are determined by the applicable offer, proposal, or agreement.

Revisions are intended to refine work within the approved direction and scope.

Requests that materially change the approved concept, structure, functionality, content, deliverables, number of pages, languages, or project direction may be treated as additional work.

Additional work may affect pricing and delivery time and will be evaluated before implementation.

10. Third-Party Services and Costs

Projects may involve third-party products or services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email platforms, form processors, analytics tools, fonts, stock assets, plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, scheduling tools, payment services, or other external technologies.

Unless expressly included in the project scope, third-party subscriptions, licenses, hosting fees, domain fees, advertising costs, software fees, and similar charges are separate from SignalFront Digital's service fees.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, privacy practices, availability, and technical limitations.

SignalFront Digital cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation, continued availability, pricing, features, policies, or performance of third-party services.

11. Domains, Hosting, and Accounts

Domain registration, hosting, email hosting, third-party accounts, software subscriptions, and account ownership are handled according to the applicable project scope.

Clients may be required to create, maintain, pay for, or provide access to accounts necessary for their project.

Clients are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and appropriate access to accounts under their control.

SignalFront Digital is not responsible for account suspension, expiration, loss of access, service interruption, or other problems caused by third-party providers or by the client's failure to maintain required accounts or payments.

12. Search Engines, Advertising, and Business Results

SignalFront Digital may implement structures designed to support usability, local search visibility, lead generation, campaign performance, or conversion opportunities when included in the project scope.

However, SignalFront Digital does not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, traffic levels, advertising results, leads, calls, bookings, sales, revenue, or other business outcomes.

Search engines, advertising platforms, social platforms, algorithms, competitors, market conditions, customer behavior, and third-party systems are outside SignalFront Digital's control.

References to SEO-ready, local SEO-ready, conversion-focused, or similar structures describe the intended technical or content foundation and do not constitute a guarantee of rankings or commercial performance.

13. Intellectual Property and Project Deliverables

Ownership and licensing of final project deliverables are determined by the applicable written proposal or agreement.

Pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, processes, templates, libraries, software, know-how, licensed assets, and third-party materials remain subject to their existing ownership and licensing conditions unless expressly transferred in writing.

A client receiving final files or website access does not automatically receive ownership of third-party materials or rights that cannot legally be transferred.

Any specific transfer or license of copyright or other intellectual property rights will be governed by the applicable written project documentation.

14. Demo Projects and Portfolio Examples

SignalFront Digital may display demo projects, concepts, mockups, sample websites, or illustrative materials to demonstrate design approaches, structure, functionality, or user experience.

When a project is identified as a demo or sample, it should not be interpreted as a representation that the displayed business is an actual SignalFront Digital client.

Demo content may contain fictional names, addresses, reviews, statistics, photographs, contact information, or other illustrative material created solely for demonstration purposes.

15. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the SignalFront Digital website, brand elements, original text, graphics, layouts, design elements, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to SignalFront Digital.

You may view the website for normal personal or business evaluation purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, resell, distribute, copy, scrape, commercially exploit, or falsely represent SignalFront Digital website content or branding as your own without appropriate authorization.

16. Acceptable Use

You may not use this website or its forms to submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, misleading, harmful, or spam content.

You may not attempt to interfere with the website's security, availability, forms, infrastructure, or technical systems.

SignalFront Digital may restrict or block abusive, fraudulent, automated, or malicious use of the website where reasonably necessary.

19. Website Availability and Disclaimer

SignalFront Digital makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information and functional website access.

However, website content, services, pricing, availability, and features may change, and uninterrupted access to the website cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignalFront Digital will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website or on third-party services linked from it.

Liability relating to a paid client project is governed by the applicable written proposal, service agreement, or other project-specific documentation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Privacy

Information submitted through this website is handled according to the SignalFront Digital Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about the types of information that may be collected, how it may be used, and the third-party services that may process it.

22. Changes to These Terms

SignalFront Digital may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, website functionality, business practices, technology, promotional offers, or applicable requirements.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent revision.

Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the current version of these Terms.

23. Project-Specific Agreements

These website Terms are not intended to replace a written proposal, service agreement, statement of work, invoice terms, or other documentation for a specific paid project.

If project-specific written terms conflict with these general website Terms, the applicable project-specific agreement will control for that engagement.
